Tuna & Egg Salad

Ingredients
5-oz can tuna, canned in water, drained2 large hard boiled eggs1-1/2 Tbsp Duke's Light Mayo1 Tbsp yellow mustard1 dash black pepper1 tbsp finely diced onion
Directions
Chop the hard boiled eggs. Drain the can of tuna. Finely dice the onion. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve on bed of lettuce or low-calorie sandwich round for a nutritious and delicious lunch or dinner.
