Fay's veggi/pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients
.75c flour.75 whole wheat flour1/2 c water1 tbsp Olive Oil3 tsp sugar1/2 tsp salt4 tbsp pizza saucebunch Spinach, mushrooms, peppers6 oz Mozzerella cheese part skim2 oz cheddar2 tsp yeast
Directions
mix crust, dissolve yeast in half cup warm water, add sugar and salt, add olive oil then stir in flour to dough....kneed lightly and let rest five minutes. Roll out to 12 or 15 inch, then add sauce and topping. Bake 425 for 15-20 minutes.
