Full on Garlic Aioli

Ingredients
500ml Sunflower Oil1/4 C vinegar (malt or cider)3 eggs5 peeled cloves of garlic1t salt1/8 C water
Directions
Whizz up vinegar, eggs, garlic and salt
keep whizz going and drizzle in all the oil
add the water after all the oil is in, to loosen mix

Serving Size: 35 dollops of sauce ;)
