Savoury Rice with a kick

Ingredients
White Long Grain Rice1 Cup frozen peas1 Cup sweetcorn1 Medium Onion3 Garlic Cloves1 Cup of fresh chopped mushrooms1 Cup chopped celery1 sweet/bell pepper green chopped2 table spoons of soy sauce1 teaspoon of curry powder1 teaspoon of olive oil
Directions
Cooked rice as per packet instructions with the curry powder

Soften onions and garlic in the oil.
Add celery and mushrooms again soften then add all further ingredients and cook for 7 mins.

Drain rice and mix with the veg.

Serve hot or cold
