Turkey Veggie Burgers

Ingredients
16 oz Honeysuckle Ground Turkey 97 Lean Ground,1/2 cup Green, Red and/or Yellow Bell Peppers1/2 medium Onions1 Jalapeno Pepper1/4 cup Cabbage, fresh 1/2 cup Baby Bella Mushroom (Dole), 1/2 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Finely shred vegetables. There will be a lot of "juice" when you shred them - make sure you use it too.

Add vegetables and oatmeal to ground turkey and mix well.

Shape 4 burgers.

Grill until well done

I do not eat my burgers on a bun, so bread is not included in the nutritional info.
