just made this for the first time. Pretty good. I followed it as is, and used 3 spoons in my mug (I will admit, I used milk, not water, but I do that with store bought, too as I hate how watery it tastes otherwise). - 1/5/12

So nice to find a substitute for all the sodium laden mixes on the market. I make this as I need it--5 tsps milk, 1 cocoa, 1 creamer, and 2 sugar. I think I might try it with a drop of vanilla next time. - 11/2/09

I keep a big container of this made up for the winter nights. Helps warm me up and is very tasty! - 1/13/09

I changed the sugar to splenda. If my math is right, for 3 tbsp, this would be 39.4 cal, 5.25 carb, 2.64 protein, 1.14 g fat, and 3.39 g sugar. The mix doesn't smell as good as normal stuff, but I enjoyed the taste. It's comparable in nutrition to diet hot cocoa, but you get the calcium this way. - 12/1/07
