Gluten Free Chocolate Chip cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup granulated sugar1 cup Unsweetened Apple sauce2 eggs slightly beaten1 tablespoon Baking Powder4 cups Pamala's Gluten Free Baking Mix1 cup Chocolate Chips
Directions
put brown sugar and granulated sugar in mixing bowl making sure there are no lumps.
Add in apple sauce and blend until smooth.
add beaten eggs and again hand mix until smooth.
measure out the 4 cups baking mix and add the baking powder into it.
Add this one cup at a time to wet mixture until completely mixed. Add in Chocolate chips.
Place on slightly oiled baking sheet (or spray with non stick spray) in spoonfuls about 1 1/2 inches apart.
bake for 12 minutes at 375 degrees.
