Spicy Herbed Broiled Bluefish Fillets

4-6 bluefish fillets (4-6 oz each)3 TBS olive oil1 TBS fresh lime juice1-2 drops hot pepper sauce1-2 drops Worcestershire sauce1 clove garlic, minced1/2 small onion, minced1 TBS fresh parsley, minced1 TBS Dijon mustard1 tsp paprika1 tsp fennel seeds, crushed1/2 tsp saltFreshly ground black pepper, to taste
Thoroughly mix all ingredients except fish in a shallow dish large enough to hold the bluefish pieces in a single layer.
Add fish and coat well on both sides, rubbing mixture lightly into the fillets. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr.
Preheat broiler. Broil fillets skin side down, 2-3 inches from heat, about 5-6 minutes depending on thickness of fillets. Do not turn; baste once if necessary.
Yum! The fish looked so pretty on a plate with sauteed spinach and some quinoa.
