German Pancakes

Ingredients

1 cup flour6 large fresh eggs1 cup lactaid fat free milk1/2 teaspoon salt3 Tablespoons butter1/4 cup powdered sugar
blend flour, eggs, milk and salt.
In large 9X13 cake pan place the butter and put in a 425 degree oven until butter is melted.
Take out of oven and add the Pancake "batter"
return to the oven and cook for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
Remove and sprinkle with the powdered sugar.
Also VERY good with Fresh sliced strawberries as a topping.
Serving Size: makes 12-3 inch pieces
