roasted sweetpotato and potato fries

Ingredients
1 sweet potato 5"2 potatoes med.size1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (good grade)1 tsp tarragon1 tsp cumin seeds1 tsp paprika powder (hungarian)1 clove garlic crushed1 tsp freshly ground blk. or mixed peppercorns
Directions
Serves 6
in a large bowl; add oil,vinegar ,garlic and all the spices.
Cut the vegetables into strips and coat with the spices.
Cut some aluminium foil to fit baking sheet ,lay veggies in single layer and roast at 450 degrees for 15 min. or until done. turning very 5 min. or as needed..

    Thanks for giving me a chance to try new things but I couldn't love this even though I wanted to. I must cut my fries really thick because I had to double the cooking time and I simply found the spices to be too much without any appeal. Sorry :( - 2/8/11
