Flax meal and coconut flour quick bread (gluten free)

Ingredients
1 cup flax seed meal1 cup coconut flour (not found in calculator's ingredient list)8 eggs1/2 c coconut oil, melted1/4 c honey1/4 c water2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, combine and stir until evenly mixed and thick. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

Cool completely before slicing.
