My Sweet Potatoe Casserole

Ingredients
7 large sweet potatoes, cooked until tender and mashed2 eggs1 stick butter1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp. nutmeg1 1/4 cups sugar1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup skim milk1 cup finely chopped pecans, (optional)2 cups mini marshmallows
Directions
Peel & cut up sweet potatoes into circles, cook in large pot of water until tender, drain, then mash. Add to this sugars, butter, eggs, spices, milk & nuts. Bake in a large greased casserole for 30 mins. at 350 degrees. Add marshmallows on top and broil until browned & crispy.
