4 4oz wild Mahi Mahi steaks, rinsed and patted dry2 cups arugula2 fresh limes, juiced1 jalapeno pepper, sliced thinly2 tblespns extra virgin olive oil2 tblespns toasted, unhulled sesame seeds4 tblespns Italian bread crumbsArugula leaves and lemon/lime slices for garnish
Drizzle olive oil on fish in a shallow, broiler-safe baking dish;
Cover with lime juice and sprinkle with breadcrumbs;
Top with pepper slices;
Broil 10-15 mins or to desired doneness;
Remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds;
Garnish with arugula and lemon/lime slices.

MISSLEEDEE
We love jalapenos. I never thought about putting them on top of fish but it really works! The oil, lime juice, and bread crumbs go well together. I'm not convinced about the sesame seeds -- couldn't really taste them much. I think next time I will try using sesame oil instead of olive oil. - 9/25/15
