Paleo Turkey Burgers (from The Paleo Diet Cookbook)

Ingredients
Lean ground turkey breastEggEVOOShallotCloveGround black pepperDried oreganoBeefsteak tomato, sliced
Directions
Combine turkey with egg, oil, shallot, and garlic.

Mix well and shape into four patties

Season with pepper and oregano.

Broil patties for five minutes on each side.

Remove from oven and serve topped with tomato.
