Spinach and Tomato Casserol

2 cups Instant rice1 large can diced tomatoes1 small can of spinach rinsed in water1 tsp chopped garlic2 oz Kraft Grated Parmesan CheesePepper and salt to taste
Make 10 1.25 cup servings
Put dry rice in the bottom of casserol dish. Add entire can of diced tomatoes with the juice Add the rinsed spinach on the top. Mix in garlic into the spinach layer. Top with 2 oz. of gratted parm.
In microwave cook on high for 7 minutes in a regular size microwave,
10 minutes in small microwave ovens.
