2 bunch broccoli crowns broken in to florets1 onon cut into wedges3 zuchinis cut into large slices2-3 red potatoes cut in to small wedges1 pasilla chile sliced2 carrots peeled and sliced up2 tblsp oilthyme salt pepper garlic to taste
combine all veggies oil and seasoning place on cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes stir and cook another 20 minutes
