2 (340g) veggie ground round1 jar (650ml) mild salsa sauce1 can (796ml) diced tomatoes1 can (540ml) blackeye beans (drain and rinse)1 medium cooking onion (chopped)1 bell green pepper (chopped fine)3 garlic cloves (chopped fine)
Put all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hrs.
