Ingredients
11 oz chopped imitation crab meat1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup (thawed) frozen peas2 oz. mozzarella shredded cheese6 tbsp fat free sour cream6 tbsp softened fat free cream cheese1 tbsp caperssalt & pepper to tasteHealthy high fiber low carb tortillas
Directions
Mix crab meat, onion, peas, and cheese in a bowl. Add sour cream and softened cream cheese and mix well. Add salt & pepper to your taste. Put 1/5 mixture into a tortilla, wrap it up and enjoy a tasty healthy lunch!
