Pumpkin Raspberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 2/3 cup flour1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Cinnamon1 tsp allspice1 tsp Salt1/3 cup shortening1 cup brown sugar1 egg1 cup pumpkin, cooked, pureed1 cup raspberries
Directions
Mix together first six ingrediants and set aside.
Combine brown sugar and shortening. Mix until fluffy. Add in egg.
Mix pumpkin and evaporated milk together.
Alternately add the flour mixture and the pumpkin mixture to the shortening and brown sugar. Mix well.
Fold in raspberries.
Cook at 350 for approxmately 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the muffins comes out clean.
