Tuna Salad Wraps w/Cucumber and Red Onion Relish

RELISH:1 cucumber, seeded and finely chopped1/4 cup finely chopped red onion1 tsp parsley1 tsp grated lemon peel1/4 tsp Salt Sense2 tbsp Italian salad dressingTUNA SALAD:1 (12 oz) can water packed tuna, drained and flaked1/4 cup light mayonnaise1/4 cup chopped celery1/4 cup sliced green onions6 (7 or 8 inch) flour tortillas
1. In medium bowl, combine all relish ingredients; mix well.
2. In another medium bowl, combine tuna, mayo, celery and green onions; mix well.
3. Spoon tuna mixture evenly onto tortillas; spread to within 1 inch of edges. top each evenly with relish. Roll up each torgilla
