Italian Homemade Pizza sans Mozzarella

Ingredients
Pizza Crust Dough, 454 grams (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove)Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 5 cloves (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 2 tsp (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.5 cup (remove)Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Take dough out and let rise for about 4 hours. On pizza sheet or baking sheet, spread 3/4 tbsp olive oil. Stretch pizza (or bread) dough to fit pan. Spread canned tomatoes over dough. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, garlic, pepper & cheese. Sprinkle remaining olive oil over top. Bake for 50 mins at 425. Cut into 6 even pieces.
