Arline's Non-meat Balls

Ingredients
1 cup Millet1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped 1 T Sunflower Seeds1 T finely ground cashews1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning1/2 cup Wheat germ
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Roll into balls.
Bake on cookie sheet for 30 min. at 325 degrees.
Serve with spaghetti sauce.
