Vegan Chocobundt

Ingredients
350 gr flour70 gr cocoa180 gr sugar1 tsp baking soda½ tsp salt280 ml water4 Tbsp vegetable oil1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cider vinegar
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Mix the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda and salt.
Mix water, oil, vanilla and vinegar. Add to dry ingredients.
Beat quickly to thoroughly incorporate everything.
Pour into prepared Bundt pan. Bake 45 minutes.
Cool completely before un-moulding.
