Gluten-free Vegan Brownies

Ingredients
150 g semisweet chocolate, melted400 g silken tofu80 g margarine150 g brown sugar150 g blend of soy, rice and buckwheat floursPinch salt60 g slivered almonds (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 355°F. Grease bottom only of a 9” pan.
Using a food processor, beat chocolate, tofu, margarine and sugar until very well blended and creamy.
Mix flours and salt. Blend into the creamy mixture by hand until just blended.
Bake 25-30 minutes, cool completely in pan.
