Sponge Bread

Ingredients
2 c. flour½ c. non-fat dry milk1 pkg. yeast (dry active)2 tsp. sugar1 tsp. salt1 egg1 c. water
Directions
Put all together and beat thoroughly.
Let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
Stir down and place immediately into a greased loaf pan.
Let rise 45 minutes.
Put into 400 degree oven 10 minutes, then 375 degree for 30 minutes.
