(1) 15-oz can Eden Organic Black Soy Beans1 TB butter1/4 tsp garlic saltblack pepper to tastechili powder to taste1 TB heavy cream
Drain 2 cans of black soy beans. Put them into blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add butter to the skillet and heat to melt. Add black soy bean-blended mixture, garlic salt, black pepper and chili powder. Mix thoroughly. Add cream and continue to cook on very low heat for 10 minutes or so, allowing cream to add extra thickness and creaminess.
