gluten free peanut butter cookies

Ingredients
1 cup skippy peanut butter3/4 cup brown sugar1 xtra lg egg1 tsp vanilla1 tsp baking powder
Directions
lightly grease hands and roll dough into 1 inch balls. place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. lightly press with a fork to create criss cross pattern. Bake in a 350 degree oven for ten minutes let set for five minutes before removing from pan.
