Ingredients
4 chicken breast1/2 cup bread crumbs1/4 cup milk2 tbls hot sauceolive oilspring mix lettucetomatoes, slicedonions, peppers, sliced thinolivesfeta cheeseany fat free dressinf
Directions
mix the milk and hot sauce together, dip chicken in milk,then in bread crumbs . i cook it in my electric frying pan. i coat the pan with olive oil. they are delicious. slice in strips and put on a bed of mix spring lettuce, with tomatoes, olives, onions, and sprinkle with a little feta cheese. use any fat free ranch dressing or your favorite dressing. enjoy
