Low Carb Fish Sticks

Ingredients
Finfish, cod, Pacific, raw, 12 oz Egg, fresh, 1 large Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup*coconut flake, unsweetened, 5 ozPepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp Basil, 2 tbsp Salt and pepper to tasteOil of choice (i used coconut)
Directions
- Cut fish while half frozen into sticks.
- Beat egg in bowl
-mix all other ingredients

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of 4 sticks each
