Ingredients
4 5-oz minute steaks1/4 cup flour1 tsp. dry mustard4 Tbs Crisco Oil12 oz can Contadina tomato sauce1 Tbs worchestershire sauce1 Tbs brown sugar1 medium onion, sliced
Directions
pound flour and mustard into meat. Brown in oil. Transfer to dutch oven. Cover with onion. Combine tomato sauce, worchestershire sauce and brown sugar. Pour over meat. Bake at 325 for 90 minutes.
