Blueberry Muffin Power Smoothie

Ingredients
3/4 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries (partially thawed)6 ounces Yoplait Light Blueberry Patch yogurt1/2 cup Tropicana Lite'n Healthy orange juice1/4 cup nonfat milk1/2 cup Keder Sparkling Red Grape Juice1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract1/10 cup sliced almonds1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Pour all the ingredients into a blender. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds, then reduce speed to low for 30-45 more seconds. Pour and enjoy!

Substitute rolled oats or wheat germ for sliced almonds, if desired.

Makes 2 8-ounce servings.
