Bean Medley-Crockpot

Ingredients
Green Beans-Cut (S&Wcanned)Stewed Tomatoes-Italian Recipe (S&W canned)Garbanzo Beans (S&W canned)Lentils, Green (dry)Black Beans (dry)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, gratedThyme, fresh, 3 tsp*Onions, dehydrated flakesPepper, red flakesGarlic (minced)Water, filteredBay leaf (1 leaf), 1 serving (remove)Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
After soaking and rinsing the black beans, throw all ingredients into a crockpot and set for 6 hours. Viola!

You could probably cut a great deal of time by using canned black beans.

Pull out the Bay leaf before serving.

Top with shredded cheese, use as a side dish, put over a baked potato of your choice, in a burrito/soft taco, eat nacho style, or any other way you see fit.

Serving Size: Makes a lot of 1 cup servings!
