Homemade Clif Bar w/ Light Maple Syrup

Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 2 serving Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal, 1.25 cup (1 serving) *Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp., 1 serving Raisins, .25 cup (not packed) Light Maple Syrup .33 cup Semisweet chocolate, .25 cup chips (6 oz package) Cinnimon 1/2 tsp.Vannila 1 tsp.
Mix all dry ingredients,
Melt syrup and peanut butter over low heat until combined and smooth.
Remove from heat and add vannilla
Mix together dry and wet ingredients untill combined.
Pour mixture into cookie sheet, press and roll out into a sheet.
Place in fridge to cool and then cut into 8 bars
