Ingredients:Capers, canned, 4 tbsp, drained finely choppedAtlantic Salmon (fish), 21 oz cubedLemon Juice, 3 fl oz Onions, raw, .5 cup, finely chopped Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Dill weed, fresh, .333 cup sprigs finely chopped*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp
Cut the salmon into small cubes. Squeeze the lemon juice over the Salmon and mix. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Let the Salmon marinade in the refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours or up to overnight.
Serve with crackers or alone.
