Parsleyed Parmesan Fish

Ingredients
1/2 lb fresh or individually frozen (thawed) fish fillets, such as tilapia, cod, etc.2 tbsp grated parmesan1 tbsp italian style bread crumbs1 tsp parsley2 tsp smart balance margarine
Directions
1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spray broiler pan with cooking spray.

2. Place fish fillets in single layer on rack of broiler pan. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fish. Bake uncovered 12-16 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
