Ingredients
3 cups Baby Spinach2 slices of Red Onion1 oz (approx 1/4 cup) Goat Cheese1 cup Mandarin Oranges (no sugar added)1 oz Walnuts (approx 14 halves)2 tbsp Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette
Directions
Top baby spinach with red onions, goat cheese, mandarin oranges and walnuts. Drizzle 2 tbsp Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette over the entire salad.
