Chicken Cacciatore **High Protein/ Low Fat

Ingredients
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts cut up1 diced green and red pepper4 diced onions2 cans stewed tomatoes mashed up1 large can of mushroom piecesGarlic powder salt basil and oil1 lb spaghettiGrated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Brown chicken pieces in oil. Remove from pan then brown the onions and peppers. Season with herbs and add some water tomatoes and mushrooms. Simmer for 15 minutes then add the chicken and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cook spaghetti and drain. Add chicken mixture on top of the spaghetti and top with grated Parmesan cheese
