Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour6 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt4 egg yolks2 1/2 cups milk1 cup oil4 egg whites
Directions
Sift together dry ingredients. Combine beaten yolks with milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
