8 Pork Cutlets4 Bell peppers2 Med-Lg Onions1/4 MargarineoregenoGarlic2 Cups Epicure Chicken BrothEpicure Louisanna Hot and Spicy
Heat up the Margarine and Onion in a large frying pan, then add the meat cut into strips or cubes.
Before the meat is totally cooked add the flour and stir in, then add the peppers!
Once it starts to really thicken add the broth slowly allowing it to thicken!
I serve with rice!
Salt and Pepper to taste!
