Ingredients
1 Stick Margarine, Softened1 1/2 Cups Creamy Peanut Butter1 lb. Powdered Sugar1 tsp. Vanilla1/4 Cake of Paraffin Wax1 - 12 oz. pkg Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Blend together the margarine & the peanut butter. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, then the vanilla. Use a #60 scoop to measure, then roll into balls. Over a double boiler melt the wax & chocolate chips together. Dip peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate. Makes about 60.
