Ingredients
1 egg2 stewed apples3 mashed bananas1/2 cup wheatgerm1 cup pumpkin seeds1cup sunflower seeds1 cup raisins1 cup protien powder1/2 cup all-bran1 cup rolled oats2 tbsp honey
Directions
stew apple with a little water-cool
mash bananas
lightly beat egg
mix all ingredients
press into slice tin and bake for approx.35-40 min until golden brown, slice while hot.
freeze once sliced then you will not be tempted to eat it all at once!
