Summer Vegetable Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
6 zucchini2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped1 tube gimme lean ground beef style1 cuporganic frozen broccoli1 can black olives1 small container fresh mushrooms, sliced1 medium onion5-6 cloves garlic1 tsp hot sauce1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp balsamic vinegar2 tsp Italian Seasoning (and any other herbs you like in sauce)jar of favorite pasta sauce salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute all vegetables in olive oil
Add sauce, seasonings, hot sauce, balsamic vinegar
Let simmer
