Cindy's Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients
Japanese "sticky" rice- 3 C cookedBroccoli- 5 ozButter- 2TbspMushrooms- 5 ozOnion- .5 C choppedShrimp- 6ozolive oil- 1Tbsp
Directions
cook the rice in a rice cooker. Reserve for later. "Fry" everything else in a wok with the olive oil until almost soft. Add the rice and stir. Let sit for 3-4 min. This makes the rice "hard" for the "fried rice" component.
