Swiss Quesadilla

Ingredients
1 Tortilla Ezekiel 4:91 Slice of Swiss light cheese2 tbsp of Chili sauce1 tbsp of green onions or shallots sliced1 tomato medium sliced1 Chicken breast, no skin, bone and skin remove
Directions
Cut the chicken breast in a few small pieces (the smallest they are the fastest they will cook), cook the chicken with some texan or mexican spice as you wish. In another pan place the tortilla, put the cooked chicken on half of the tortilla. Put the Chili sauce, the tomatoes, the shallots and the slice of cheese on top of the chicken. Then fold the tortilla on top of the cheese and cook as you wish. More for a hot cheese and less for fresh vegetable. Makes one serving! Bon Appetit!;o)
