Beef Strogonoff

Ingredients
1 lb. round steak (sliced thin and browned slightly)2 cups beef broth1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix5 cups egg noodles1 cup sour cream
Directions
After browning beef, mix with broth and soup mix in a large slow cooker. Cook on low for a few hours, until meat is tender.
Boil noodles.
Turn off slow cooker and add in sour cream.
Add noodles and mix well.

Serving Size: Makes 5--1 cup servings
