Ingredients
ZucchiniBroccoliSummer SquashRed OnionsMushroomsGood Seasons Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette
Directions
Cut zucchini and summer squash into 1 inch slices. Rough chop or slice onions. Slice mushrooms in half or quarter if large. Toss all ingredients with the Sun Dried Vinaigrette. Place in microwaveable container or microwave cooking bag. Cook on high for 3-5 minutes.
