Ingredients
*365 Organic Whole Wheat Penne Pasta, 2 cup Zucchini, 1.5 cup, sliced Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slicesGarlic, 2 clove*Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 2 cup
Directions
slice veggies in long strips, mince garlic and saute in butter spread. while veggies are cooking, cook the pasta according to package instructions. toss marinara in with the veggies heat through. drain pasta when cooked and add sauce toss together and enjoy.
