MusselsScallopsWhole Wheat Penne PastaParmesan Cheese, gratedAsparagusTomatoOlive OilSmart Balance ButterMushroomsGarlic, mincedFresh-squeezed lemon juiceSalt to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions on box. Saute onions, garlic, mushrooms, onion, and asparagus in olive oil. Saute mussels until open, and scallops until cooked through in 1/2 butter. Drain pasta, and add remainder of ingredients together, including remaining butter, parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Add salt to taste.
