Ingredients
Dry ingredients:1/4 cup Flaxmeal0.5 teaspoon - baking powder0.5 teaspoon - splendaWet ingredients:1 tbsp Coconut oil1 large, egg
Directions
In a bowl or a mug add dry ingredients and mix well.

Add egg and coconut oil and mix thoroughly.

Put in microwave on high for 1 minute. May need 1.5 minutes depending on your microwave, size of egg, etc.

Yummy.
