Blueberry Oat Bran Muffins

3/4 c Whole Wheat Pastry Flour3/4 c Oat Bran Cereal1/2 c brown sugar1 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp baking soda1/3 c banana, mashed1/2 c yogurt, plain (non-fat)2 egg whites or 1 whole egg2 T cooking oil (canola or corn)1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring1/4 c raisins (more if you want)1/4 c walnuts (more if you want)1/2 c blueberries (frozen or fresh) (more if you want)
Mix together dry ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients in separate bowl. Combine the two mixtures and stir until moistened. Fold in raisins, walnuts, and blueberries. Lightly grese or line muffin tin with paper cups. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees F for 18-20 minutes.
